Dancing With The Stars pro Mark Ballas 'selling his three bedroom, three bathroom LA penthouse for $800k'

Mark Ballas' next move won't require any ballroom dancing.

The two-time Dancing With The Stars champion is selling his three bedroom, three bathroom penthouse overlooking Los Angeles' Miracle Mile for $800,000, according to a report from TMZ on Wednesday.

The 28-year-old choreographer - who has appeared on 15 seasons of the ABC competition - will be moving out of his condo after five years, with hopes of finding a more spacious house.

Mark's spacious 1,410 square foot space features wooden floors and high ceilings as well as sweeping views of LA from the living room and master bedroom.

The dance pro - who is currently competing with 14-year-old actress Willow Shields - will most likely profit from his sell after purchasing the LA suite for $679,000 in 2010.

The gossip site also reported that Mark has 'been looking all over LA and definitely wants a house instead of a condo.'

This will be Mark's second real estate listing of the year as he recently sold a Studio City house he previously co-owned with fellow DWTS pro and BFF Derek Hough.

In January, the 3,235 square foot living area sold for $1.85m after the pair remodeled the 1962 home, which they originally bought for $1.275m one year prior.

In addition to his long running appearances on DWTS, Mark has made a living as a singer/songwriter even releasing his first album HurtLoveBox in 2011.
