Joshua also opted for a casual ensemble sporting a grey shirt and faded denim jeans.

He bundled up like his beloved dressed in a knitted maroon cardigan and covered up with a grey newsboy cap.

The Canadian actor - who has been been dating Diane since 2006 - also showed some scruff on his upper lip and chin.

Diane has become one of the rare A-list stars who does not rely on a celebrity stylist for wardrobe options.

'I know it's crazy to think it would be unusual for someone to dress themselves. But, so often in Hollywood, women have stylists and they all look the same,' she said to mytheresa.com in a July 2014 interview.

'I did that too when I first started out. But then I'd see pictures and didn't recognise myself. As my confidence grew as an actor and as a woman I started picking my own clothes. I don't want to look like everybody else.'

Diane is set to star alongside Breaking Bad star Bryan Cranston in new movie, The Infiltrator.

The film has just started shooting in London and production will shift to Florida at the end of April, according to Variety.

It is based on the true story of undercover agent Robert Mazur, who became a pivotal player for drug lords in the 1980s, cleaning up their dirty cash.

Slated for release in 2016, the upcoming film also stars Benjamin Bratt and Elena Anaya.
