'Kourtney would probably do it': Kris Jenner volunteers eldest daughter to be Kim Kardashian’s surrogate as Kanye West’s wife faces infertility

Kim Kardashian could be forced to use a surrogate to carry her second baby because of a problem with her uterus.

But her mother Kris Jenner was quick to offer up a solution on Sunday's episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

'Kourtney would probably do it,' the 59-year-old E! producer told her 34-year-old daughter after doctors told Mrs Kanye West they could not guarantee she would be able to carry her own child.

The medics broke the news to Kim as she waited to undergo a procedure to remove parts of her placenta that were still stuck to her uterus from when she gave birth to daughter North West.

Fertility specialist Dr. Huang explained the operation to Kim and said: 'You can still get pregnant, but it does expose you to risks during the pregnancy.

'If I can't guarantee that and surrogacy is the only way to give you a comfortable pregnancy and a nice healthy baby, we'll talk about that.

'I'm going to do everything I can to clean it out and keep your uterus as perfect as possible, but still do it safe to you.'

Kim told Kris, 'To have a surrogate is really scary to me. I don't want one. I wouldn't dare ask anyone to do that for me.' 

Viewers of the E! reality show also saw Kim gushing to her family about how much she is desperate to fall pregnant with baby number two.

'I complained so much about how much I hated being pregnant and I never thought I would be begging to be pregnant,' she told sister Kendall Jenner and pal Jonathan Cheban.

'Trying for baby number two is not fun like baby number one. I'm like ‘'I'm ovulating in five minutes, get over here''.

'It's crazy because I had such an easy delivery, but right after you deliver the baby lives in this sac – the placenta – then you kind of give birth to that and it just kind of comes out. Mine went right back in me because it was stuck to a part of my uterus that it grew into.

'The doctor put his arm in me to here. He had to scrape it off with his fingernails to get it off of my inner lining.'

When Kendall asked Kim if she would consider using a surrogate, she said: 'What if they're like a lunatic? I'm going to have to have security around them. What if they run off with my baby and go raise my baby in a different country? I would only do that if I couldn't carry another one.'

A scared Kim was also seen calling husband Kanye West to break the news of her fertility problems.

She told him: 'I feel like this doctor I saw today told me every worst case scenario.

'He's like ''Ok when you have your baby this will be your last one because the problem is your placenta grew onto your uterus so when you have another baby that placenta will go right to that hole and then we'll have a team of doctors waiting right there to remove your uterus and put you into emergency surgery because you can't bleed too much''.

'I was sitting there just crying. I was just like "Oh my god,"' Kim said.

But Scott Disick was there to lighten the mood as Kim rested before her operation, which will air on the show next week.

'I feel like you could have the one we're having in two weeks, you know, just out of respect,' he quipped.

As well as taking the ‘Dash Dolls' on a bonding retreat, the Kardashian clan were seen expressing concerns over the wellbeing of Rob.

Khloe and Scott snuck into his empty room, to find it messy with dirty plates on the side.

'It's like a bomb shelter, it's crazy,' Scott said.

Khloe told the camera: 'Rob lives with me but he'll sleep all day and kind of sneak out at some point and just leave and then I don't see him all night because I'm asleep like a normal person.'

Worried about reports of Rob's spending habits, Kris decided to take action and enlist a team of people to stage an intervention.

'As a mom it breaks my heart to see Rob going through what he's going through,' she said. 'I feel like if I don't help him do something drastic he's going to die.'

The family ‘momager' broke down in tears as she told a family specialist how her son had gained over 100lbs over the last year and lived like a recluse.

'I don't talk about it very much so it's very upsetting,' she wept.

'He doesn't want to participate, he doesn't go out of the house, he missed Christmas, he missed Kim's wedding.

'He knows what he's supposed to do and every single day he treats the next day like a Monday, so he's going to get better tomorrow, he's going to start tomorrow, he's going to work out tomorrow.'

'He's the king of excuses,' Kim added.

A tearful Khloe was seen rowing with Rob on the phone, when he refused to let the team of people help him and said he didn't want the medication they were offering.

'It's not fair that you guys do this to me all the time,' Khloe shouted. 'It's not f***ing fair. Just accept the f***ing help.'

Khloe also argued with her mother and accused her of being too soft on Rob.

'I don't even know why I'm in this family,' Khloe said.

'Because I gave birth to you,' Kris replied.

'That's still to be proven,' Khloe joked.

Kim told her sisters and mother they should cut Rob off, kick him out of Khloe's house and show him some tough love.

'What we have to do is back off,' she said. 'Everyone licks Rob's a** and does whatever he says and at some point you just have to give it up.'
