She has been hard at work filming for upcoming TV drama Scream Queens.

But on Saturday, Lea Michele made sure she put some time aside from her busy schedule to head out on yet another fitness session with her boyfriend Matthew Paetz.

The couple, who have been dating since last summer, were seen at their favourite hiking location, TreePeople Park in Studio City, California.

Concealing her eyes with a slick set of sunglasses, the Glee star wore her dark locks in a high bun to ensure her hair didn't get in her face during her work out.

Her handsome beau, 29, rocked a long black vest top and matching knee-length shorts, which he teamed with white-soled sneakers.

The smitten pair, who were joined by a female companion, appeared to be in great spirits as they kicked back together during the festive Easter season.

Lea has previously talked about her diet and exercise, admitting she feels her best when she's on top of her fitness.

'Working out for me is something I do when I feel like it,’ she told Shape Magazine. 'But it’s really about feeling good and taking care of my body rather than having to fit into any sort of model or anything like that.

'I try to eat well, and everything I do is really just to make me feel my best so that I can come to my job or my personal life and just feel really good.'

Meanwhile, Lea has been splitting her time between Hollywood and New Orleans recently where she is filming the new television series, which follows the life of a group of students whose college is rocked by a series of murders.
