Better, faster or stronger? Usher looks totally fed up as he hobbles along on crutches after his Six Million Dollar Man foot surgery
Usher has been rebuilt - but he doesn't quite look better, faster or stronger just yet.
The 36-year-old has been spotted for the first time since going in for his 'Six Million Dollar Man' foot surgery.
The singer looked completely fed up as he hobbled along with crutches on 3rd street in Beverly Hills on Monday.
Nice & slow: Usher looked totally fed up on Monday as he hobbled along on crutches after his foot surgery on the weekend
Wearing all black - including the telltale cumbersome cast - the OMG hitmaker was clearly missing the lithe left leg that makes him one of the best dancers to have ever graced the charts.
Usher's frustrated mood is just as palpable in any of the several videos he posted to Instagram since the surgery, in which he lies in bed staring forlornly at his foot, clearly bored out of his mind.
On Saturday, he posted more videos just before he was about to go under the knife, including one where he insisted he was about to be rebuilt 'better, stronger, faster' like the bionic man in the iconic 70s TV show.
My boo-boo: The singer had claimed on Instagram he was going to be rebuild 'better, faster, stronger' like the Six Million Dollar Man, but that may take a while
My left foot: The 36-year-old wore all black, perhaps in mourning for his temporarily out of action left foot
DJ's got us fallin: The performer stopped into Joan's on Third, but didn't leave in a hurry
'Million dollar man exercise goes on. Putting on my bionic foot. You guys ready?' he says in the video captioned #betterstrongerfaster #sixmilliondollarman.
As he pans around the room at his surgical team, a sound clip from the iconic 70s TV show that can be heard edited into the background, with its famous intro: 'Gentlemen, we can rebuild him. Better, stronger, faster.'
The hugely popular television series starred Lee Majors as the eponymous Steve Austin, an astronaut who is seriously injured during a test flight but rebuilt with bionic implants to work as a secret agent.
For the chop: Usher posted videos and a photo from his hospital bed minutes before heading down for an unspecified foot surgery on Saturday
Rebuilt: In the first video, the singer jokes he is about to be rebuilt 'better, faster, stronger' like the bionic Steve Austin in The Six Million Dollar Man
Trippy: In a second video the performer appears to be feeling the affects of his anesthetics and claims he 'feels like Frank Zappa' - even though Zappa was opposed to drugs
The 36-year-old also posted a selfie to his Instagram page of him wearing a hospital gown and mob cap, with the caption 'Wish me well....space of improvement #footdown #6milliondollarman', although he never specifies exactly what the problem with his foot is.
The performer, who just completed the European leg of his UR experience tour, also posted a second video, in which he appeared to be feeling the affects of his anesthetic.
'They're getting ready to roll me away. They say they're getting ready to take good care of me... I guess I gotta believe them right?' he says, sounding groggy.

Major surgery: After a test flight crash, astronaut Steve Austin is rebuilt using $6 million worth of technology, which in those days bought you bionic legs, arms and a zoomable eye
'We going to take good care of you. You're going to wake up feeling fabulous!' a nurse can be heard saying in the background. 'You're in good hands.'
Usher than proclaims 'Man... wooo... I feel like Frank Zappa,' before he throws up a peace sign and the video takes a trippy psychedelic turn, as Zappa himself can be heard singing 'I wish I was an Eskimo', the opening lyrics to his song 'Don't Eat Yellow Snow'.
Although it seems the 36-year-old appears to suggest he feels like the legendary guitarist because of the drugs he's on, Zappa was actually one of the few musicians of his era that was strictly against narcotics.
It is more likely Usher was comparing the fact Zappa was seriously injured when he was pushed off stage in 1971, which left him with a noticeable limp afterwards.
He's got the moves: Usher just completed the European leg of his UR Experience tour, where he hid any evidence of foot trouble
