Friends with benefits! The Flash (Grant Gustin) kisses his friend Dr. Caitlin Snow (Danielle Panabaker), who is engaged to his friend FIrestorm (Robbie Amell) in a trailer for the CW series that debuted on Sunday at WonderCon
And it does not put a damper on the wedding day, as images have emerged from a future episode that show Dr. Caitlin Snow, played by Danielle Panabaker, walking down the aisle with Robbie Amell as Firestorm.
Played by actor Grant Gustin, the transgression is the least of Barry's worries as he is also seen donning his Flash costume to fight detective Eddie Thawne (actor Rick Cosnett), also a friend.
Curiously, The Flash also has a stand-off with himself in the new teaser.

However, there seems to be an explanation for the unusual behavior, which has been hinted and will later be explained in the series.
Indeed, The Flash's doppelganger is Hannibal Bates, a metahuman who can change his appearance into anyone he touches.
The plot point helps to resolve why detective Eddie shot two police officers.

Superhero The Atom, played by Brandon Routh, is seen next crashing into a van driven by The Flash's friend Cisco Ramon (actor Carlos Valdes), who responds: 'The Atom lives.'
Next, a new villain introduced in the series Red Bee unleashes a swarm of bees onto The Flash.
'I'm the queen of this hive,' actress Emily Kinney says, adding, 'I'll show you what it's like to be stung.'

Meanwhile, The Flash is seen entering an underground location to look for his friend detective Joe, who has been captured by the telepathic Gorilla Grodd, a King Kong-like opponent.
Other scenes show the trio of heroes - The Flash, The Atom and The Arrow - in battle with their enemies.
But The Flash has a lone confrontation with the Reverse-Flash, who tells the hero: 'You can't stop me Flash, and you never will.'
