They are two of the biggest stars in the music world, an iconic duo that have developed a strong friendship over the years.

And on Thursday, Lady Gaga decided to join her close friend Elton John and his husband David Furnish for a dinner date at the upscale Craig's Restaurant in West Hollywood.

Dressed in a long leather jacket, the 29-year-old songstress confidently paraded her toned legs in all its glory while trying to keep a low profile with a black hat and large brown shades.

Gaga - who is godmother to Elton and David’s sons, Elijah and Zachary - stood tall in a towering pair of platform boots, while toting her belongings in a small monochrome leather holdall.

Her cascading blonde curls were kept loose as she highlighted her striking facial features with soft pink lip shine and winged eyeliner.

Elton, 68, looked sharp in a tailored two-piece black suit, which he coupled with smart shoes that boasted silver embellishment on the tips.

She took to Instagram page to share a snap with the caption: ‘Miss my honey’

Meanwhile, as the American singer gears up for her upcoming nuptials with Taylor, Gaga is said to be currently hunting for a new home on Manhattan's Upper West Side which is approximately worth $20m.

According to the New York Post, the spacious penthouse is close to the singer's parents' Cynthia and Joe Germanotta's home, and the engaged couple have reportedly told estate agents they want a home with a terrace or outdoor space.

A source told the publication: 'Gaga is looking for a penthouse on the Upper West Side near her childhood home, where her parents still live.

'She is looking at apartments at around 4,000 square feet, with high ceilings and outdoor space.'

As well as looking for a potential new pad for herself and her man, Lady Gaga - whose real name is Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta - was recently seen hunting for what appeared to be a wedding venue in Malibu a few weeks ago.
