• Order a sample collection kit: 509-885-8825
• Sample kit can be taken to a Lab for collection
• Finger Stick
• Two blood samples
• Mail Sample to: 1321 N Arbor Terrace, East Wenatchee, WA 98802
• It takes a week to two weeks to receive the results
• The report states which foods to eliminate. It includes lists of foods in the category, names as they appear on the label, substitutions and replacements where applicable.

The Naturopathic Food Intolerance Evaluation costs $150 per evaluation.
