Snap them While They're Young! Doting mum Naomi Watts captures cute memories as she enjoys a family day out with her boys

Her new film is all about staying youthful, so Naomi Watts knows the importance of capturing her sons' childhood memories.

The doting mum, 46, couldn't resist snapping away when she and partner Liev Schreiber took boys Alex, seven, and six-year-old Sammy to their local Los Angeles' Farmers Market.

Naomi, who stars in new release While We're Young, and her family were utterly picture perfect after all; her two golden-haired sons in shorts and T-shirts and her husband youthful in a muscle Tee and trainers on Monday.

Naomi was sipping from a healthy juice drink, showing off her toned legs in a pair of denim cut offs and a basic white top.

She swung a fluorescent tote bag over one shoulder and cut an impressive figure while walking along on flat sandals.

The actress smiled widely as she furiously snapped away on her phone to capture the children feeding the animals; sharing their excitement as they hopped inside the pens.

While promoting her new film, which co-stars 49-year-old Ben Stiller, the blonde bombshell admitted that it's her adorable children who make her feel young.

She told The Independent last week: 'I think young kids keeps me and Liev very young; the need for silliness still is very much in operation because your kids want you to roll around on the floor and be goofy with them.'

Naomi said she even feels as much as 18 years younger than her body sometimes tells her, admitting that she had to be reminded she's 46.

'I'm not sure why I still think of myself as 28 - maybe that's the point where you start growing up and then you just feel the same for evermore. 

'Of course, there are horrible reminders like in the morning when you get out of bed and "Ow my back!" or, God help us, when you catch yourself in the mirror and go "Oh right, I am that. I am a fully mature woman".'

Naomi's new film sees Ben (who plays Josh) and on-screen wife Naomi (Cornelia in the flick) try to get in touch with their younger selves by hanging out with a hip couple in their twenties.
