Giuliana Rancic had fun mixing prints on her b&w ensemble at LAX on Monday night.

The 40-year-old presenter cloaked her rail-thin frame in a houndstooth coat, dotted jumper, cubed top, black trousers, and Oxfords.

The Emmy nominee sported a blown-out brown bob and she wore false lashes and peach gloss.

Italian-born Giuliana has denied having an eating disorder, and insists she remains skinny due to her cancer medication.

'This past year, I think people have noticed more than ever because I lost more weight. Trust me, I don't want to lose weight,' the breast cancer survivor said on The Dr. Oz Show last Wednesday.

'I don't think it looks attractive. I think I used to be more attractive, but I'm doing the best I can.'

Checks, polka dots, houndstooth, oh my! Giuliana Rancic was awash in a sea of prints as she piled on a collared blouse, sweater, and overcoat to pass through the airport in LA. The E! News fashion correspondent teamed her layers with a pair of black trousers, menswear inspired shoes, and a Celine bag.

Normally we'd be aghast at so many different patterns coming into play in one outfit, but Giuliana does hers right by keeping them in the same color family, in this case black and white.

Rancic had flown in from Chicago where she was spending time with her husband Bill and their two-year-old son Duke, who was welcomed via a surrogate called Delphine.

The E! Network canceled the couple of seven years' reality series Giuliana and Bill after seven seasons.
