Kyle Richards' bitter feud with her sister Kim continued when her daughter's dog bite wound was broached on The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills reunion.

And after the spat aired on Tuesday, it seems Kyle was in need of a breather.

The 46-year-old took to Instagram on Wednesday to share a photo of her tuning out the drama while indulging in an oxygen facial at Carina's Facial Studio and Skin Care in Encino.

Her Instagram caption read: 'I wish I could stay in this little oxygen bubble all day . Thanks @carinas_skin_care for bringing my face back to life. Now off to #NYC.'

The facials are said to result in radiant skin after a dose of pressurized oxygen and other ingredients are applied to the face.

Not only is Kyle a fan of Carina's Facial Studio and Skin Care, but her sister Kim, 50, has also previously visited the studio.

However, it was unlikely Kim had accompanied her older sister on Wednesday.

The claws came out in the final third part of the Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills reunion special that aired Tuesday night.

Kim's beloved pit bull dog bit Kyle's daughter Alexia back in October and the incident has deepened a rift between the sisters.

Last night Kim tearfully insisted her sister put up Instagram pictures of them in the hospital just to make sure everybody knew what had happened, crying as she insisted the dog 'is like a child to me' and saying: 'It's the most painful thing that I've gone through.'

Kyle, meanwhile, while insisted she did not mean to make the attack public, was astonished that her daughter's scare was so easily dismissed.

'Kim my daughter almost lost her hand!' she cried. 'It infected the bone - why do you think she was Cedars Sinai for five days? How do you think I feel? Do you know that Alexia had an IV with a bag for three weeks?'

When it was revealed the siblings had not spoken to each other in several months on the second part of the reunion, Kim spoke out.

'Kyle and I need to work on some stuff. But it has to take place outside of this setting with a therapist, if we think it's something we want to work on. At this point right now, I am really okay just the way things are.'

Kyle addressed Kim's comment on her Bravo blog.

'Kim's comment about being happy just as things are in our relationship was hurtful. So much has happened between Kim and me. Usually at the reunion, you hope to be able to have some resolution by the end. Clearly that wasn't going to be happening with us.'

However, it appears the reality star still cares deeply for her older sibling.

On Friday, the mother-of-four took to Instagram to share a snap of her beside sisters Kim and Kathy Hilton.

'#NationalSiblingsDay these are my siblings @kathyhilton & @kimrichards11 #sisters no matter what ....' She captioned the snap, which appeared to be a throwback photo.
