Most people frantically do everything they can to get their body in line before a beach holiday.

But not Kim Zolciak, because as soon as she packed up her bikini on Wednesday, the star threw on her waist trainer to ensure her hourglass figure was not showing the signs of vacation indulgences.

After almost two weeks on the beach in Destin, Florida, with her family, the 36-year-old returned home and immediately snapped a selfie.

Back in training: Returning from holiday, Kim Zolciak posted this photograph on Instagram using her waist trainer on Wednesday

Showing how she gets her much talked about proportions, the Don't Be Tardy star popped herself into a tiny waist trainer, which cinched in her already small waist.

Leaning against one of her still packed suitcases, Kim put the other famous Kim - namely Kardashian's curves to shame.

Despite wearing a knee length high neck dress, the star showed off her impressive hips and bust in the snap.

She is just one of the latest stars who are known for their curves to jump on the waist training craze - joining celebrity fans such as Kim Kardashian and Amber Rose.

The 36-year-old reality star and mother-of-six - who also underwent a tummy tuck last year - said last month: 'Soooo you guys finally talked me into trying a waist trainer!

'I can't believe how tiny it makes my waist I'm obsessed with waist trainer and it doesn't show through my clothes!'
