She doesn't have long to go until she welcomes her first child into the world.

So it's no surprise Keira Knightley had a lovely glow about her as she stepped out for a casual stroll on the arm of husband James Righton on Wednesday.

The 30-year-old covered her growing bump in a delightful summery ensemble, perfect for her walk through London on the hottest day of the year so far.

So the sun is shining and we can finally believe summer is on its way.

The star - who revealed she's expecting her first baby with her husband at the end of last year - showed she has maternity style nailed as she walked through the capital.

Her dress was constructed in two parts - the top half in a simple black t-shirt style, while the flowy A-line skirt sat neatly over her burgeoning tum.

The red, black and white printed garment flattered her lovely figure with ease, and she drew further attention to her baby bump with her chic Chanel handbag sitting on her hip.

Keira wore her brunette locks down for the day, framing her pretty face.

James, 31, kept close to his lovely wife, holding her hand pretty much for the duration of their amble around town.

The Klaxons star looked every inch the rocker in his rolled-up black skinny jeans and cool white shirt, his hair mussed up and with shades on.

While British actress has yet to reveal a specific due date for her arrival, she's believed to be around seven months pregnant.

Her look on Wednesday is the latest in a long line of impressive ensembles from the Oscar-nominated beauty, who consistently wowed on the red carpets during the busy awards season in January and February

She received several nominations for Supporting Actress awards at the ceremonies - including the Oscars and the Golden Globes - for her role as code breaker Joan Clarke in the hugely successful The Imitation Game.

Sadly, she lost out on the Oscar and the Golden Globe prizes to Patricia Arquette, who swept the awards season board for her role in Boyhood.

Although she's looking forward to welcoming her first child with her Klaxons rocker into the world, Keira admitted to US chat show host Jimmy Kimmel that she's 'in denial' about it.

During an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! in February, she was asked by the host if she had got the baby's room ready yet.

'No. They're quite small though right?' she revealed, before adding: 'Do they need a room of their own?'

Jimmy explained to the confused-looking actress that she would be needing to prepare a room for her child, adding that there needs to be space for a crib.

She replied in a jokey, light-hearted manner: 'OK... I'm in denial at the moment.'
