According to an employee of the restaurant Hunan Number One, McHenry, 28, abandoned her car in the privately-owned parking lot, before leaving the popular happy hour spot on Easter Sunday. It is unclear where the TV star moved on to, but an employee, who asked not to be named, said her car was left behind.

Caroline Irby was charged with 10 counts of animal cruelty and held on $10,000 bond after 97 emaciated dogs were found locked in rusty cages in her barn in Manchester, Tennessee, last Saturday. The charges are believed to be related to 10 other dogs found dead in the barn, stacked in a wheelbarrow covered in maggots. The dogs that were rescued were riddled with fear, emaciated and covered in feces, having been living in 'several inches of their own waste', authorities said. Human sexuality teacher at prestigious magnet school, 65, accused of having tryst with 16-year-old student and sending her lewd emails

HACKENSACK ? Don DeWitt, one of the founding teachers at prominent magnet school Bergen County Academies, has been officially banned from campus in the wake of an alleged sex scandal prosecutors say involves him and a 16-year-old female student.

In a letter sent to students and alumni on Thursday, administrators said DeWitt has been "suspended from his responsibilities with Bergen County Academies and will not be permitted back on campus, pending this investigation."

BCA officials have not said whether DeWitt has been suspended with pay. Public records indicate the teacher makes more than $105,000 a year.

One of the first teachers hired by the high-performing academies in the early 1990s, DeWitt was arrested earlier this week after prosecutors said he had sex with a student, and exchanged sexually explicit emails with the teen.

Dr Donald DeWitt, 65, a veteran teacher at Bergen County Academies in New Jersey, and a married father, has been charged with attempted sexual assault and criminal sexual contact.

When photographer Alan Lawrence's son Wil was born in October 2013, he knew that there was something different about him. ?While looking into his eyes, everything started to go into a dream state. My emotions of joy paused as everything around me seemed to slow down. The nurse may of been talking to me, but I wasn?t listening,? Alan states. ?I could immediately tell from the almond shape of Wil?s eyes that he had Down Syndrome.?

Right after doctors confirmed Lawrence's suspicions, he went online to learn all that he could about Down Syndrome, but found that there was little to no positivity. The optimistic father knew that, somehow, he would change this. 

Wil is the 5th child in the Lawrence family and the only one with Down Syndrome. Whenever he would crawl around on the floor, he'd attempt to lift his legs in the air and flap his arms, making his parents think that he was trying to fly.
