She may have her hands full with her two-month-old baby boy, Sailor, but Liv Tyler is ensuring that both of her sons get an equal amount of attention.

The 37-year-old actress, who welcomed Sailor with boyfriend Dave Gardner in February, was seen out and about on the streets of New York City with her eldest son Milo, 11, on Friday.

Liv and her adorable offspring, whose father is British rocker Royston Langdon, enjoyed a cheery chat as they navigated their bustling Manhattan neighbourhood together.

Brunette beauty Liv stepped out in a black coat over purple leggings and black trainers while a black handbag rested on her shoulder and she carried a small red bag in the opposite hand.

Hiding her eyes behind a pair of stylish sunglasses, she smiled as she walked beside her son, who wore a blue striped sweater with matching trainers and a pair of green jeans.

Liv, daughter of Aerosmith rocker Steven Tyler, was also seen sporting a diamond ring, which over the past few months has sparked speculation that she and Dave are engaged.

However, they have yet to confirm any plans to take a trip down the aisle together.

On February 11, Liv and her partner of almost a year welcomed their first child together. Dave is also father to seven-year-old son Grey, whose mother is Davinia Taylor.

It was recently reported that Dave's close pal, David Beckham, was named their baby's godfather.

British sports agent Dave is the godfather of David and wife Victoria's eldest son Brooklyn, 16.
