She had one of the most enviable figures on screen during the 1990s alongside Pamela Anderson as a Baywatch babe.

Now Nicole Eggert, 43, appeared on Tuesday's episode of E!'s Botched - which rectifies previous plastic surgeries - in the hope of having her famous DD cups reduced in size.

The actress consulted Drs Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif, to take her down to a B cup after undergoing multiple breast augmentation surgeries over the years.

Dr Dubrow - who is married to Real Housewives star Heather Dubrow, examined the star.

He told her: 'I can almost get my hand around your entire breast mound, which means you really aren't a DD because my left hand is the perfect full C'.

The laughing doctor added: 'What can I say? I was single 'til I was 40 - I've held a lot of boobs in my lifetime,' to a surprised Nicole.

Blonde bombshell Nicole seemed to have prepared herself for the scarring involved in going back under the knife.

The mom-of-two nodded emphatically when asked by Dr Nassif whether she understood the implications.

She explains on the programme: 'It's something I definitely want done if it's done right, but I've had such bad luck that I'm scared to death to make it worse.'

Nicole also told the cameras: 'Nobody's seeing my boobs', before asking Dr Dubrow to make her a B-cup.

The doctor had some reservations that the size may be a little small for her frame.

He comments: 'Nicole wants her Baywatch body back...but she's carrying a little excess weight'.

Nicole, who played Summer Quinn on Baywatch, was once one of the hottest blondes on TV thanks to her role as a curvy lifeguard in the series.

Since that hit show went off the air in 2001, she has struggled to find stability.

And three years ago, she debuted not only a rounder figure but also revealed she had serious financial problems.

Since then she has been hard at work battling the bulge.

Things are, perhaps, looking up for the LA native, who was once the girlfriend of the late Corey Haim, as she recently came second on ABC's celebrity diving show Splash!

The TV icon - who was also a staple on Charles In Charge with Scott Baio and Willie Aames from 1984 to 1990 - now runs an ice-cream truck.

She has two daughters, Dilyn with ex-husband Justin Herwick, and Keegan, whose father she has never publicly revealed.

Botched airs Tuesday at 9pm (ET) on E!
