Make-up free Jennifer Love Hewitt shows off her baby bump in skin-tight top while out with her daughter Autumn in LA

Jennifer Love Hewitt will soon be extraordinarily busy with her second child.

But until then, the 36-year-old actress got in some quality time with her first born, 17-month-old daughter Autumn, during a stroll in Los Angeles on Wednesday.

The Ghost Whisperer star was accompanied by a gal pal, who did her the favour of pushing Autumn's stroller.

It was just a girls' day out, as they were not joined by Jennifer's husband and former Client List co-star, Brian Hallisay, 36.

The expecting mom proudly showcased her baby bump in a tight long-sleeved white top paired with grey leggings.

She tied a striped cardigan around her waist and strode along in turquoise sneakers, while showing off her natural beauty without a trace of make-up.

Jennifer announced she was expecting her second baby in January and it looks like she doesn't have long to go.

And the brunette beauty has been taking good care of herself while pregnant.

'Because so many of us are busy or driven, we forget to take care of ourselves,' she recently told American Baby. 'But when you're pregnant, it's all about you - and that baby inside of you.  

'Enjoy a nap; for some reason our generation thinks we can't do that! Really listen to your body. I hope to continue to be a little kinder to myself after pregnancy.'

Jennifer added that she is taking the opportunity to indulge more in some of her favourite foods.

'I've been an actress for 25 years, and have had to be hungry at times for my career, so being pregnant is completely freeing,' she said.

'When I was expecting Autumn, I ate everything I saw! I told myself, "Oh there's a donut - I should have that."

'Now with this second pregnancy, I know the baby really doesn't "need it." So I eat healthy foods in general, but I also indulge in little things that I crave.'
