She's back on the market after calling it quits with Patrick Schwarzenegger. 

But newly single Miley Cryus managed to muster a smile as she left Improv Comedy Club in West Hollywood on Wednesday night.

The 22-year-old appeared unaccompanied by any of her friends as she darted straight to her car with a glimpse of her toned tum on show.

The Wrecking Ball hitmaker teamed her scoop neck grey crop top with tight black jeans that hugged her toned pins.

Her dark silver jacket added an edgy touch, while her knitted grey beanie rounded off the late night look. 

Miley showcased her piercing blue eyes and natural brilliance with a touch of mascara and little else.

It's likely been a rough few days for the chart-topper.

On Monday it emerged that the split between her and boyfriend of five months Patrick, 21, was permanent, and not just a temporary hiatus as previously believed.

A source confirmed to People that the split was the real deal. 'It's not a break. It's done,' a source close to the couple told the publication.

'They're just in two different places in their lives – he's in college and she's focused on her music and career,' they added.

According to a Monday report from E! News, multiple sources revealed to the online publication that the two young stars were going on a hiatus.

The pair reportedly hit a rough time in their relationship after the Patrick was sported partying it up with two different girls in Mexico during his spring break last month.

The son of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver was spotted cosying up to a bikini-clad brunette beauty on March 15 as they partied the day away at the Mango Deck Restaurant & Bar.

On the same trip he was pictured receiving a helping hand from an ex girlfriend as she applied sunscreen on a hard to reach place while partying in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico on Sunday.

Miley was said to be 'embarrassed' about the pictures at the time. 

Ever since word of the break-up surfaced, the singer has found support from her nearest and dearest.

She was seen with her mother Tish in Studio City on Tuesday. 

That same day the singer Instagrammed a snap of her with Tish and her siblings Noah and Braison captioned: 'Braison is toooo tall & handsome to even fit in the damn photo #bestplaceonearth #withmyfambam'.
