She's a devoted mother but Tamara Ecclestone still ensures she makes time to exercise.

And on Wednesday, the 30-year-old socialite combined looking after Sophia, 13 months, with fitting in a workout as she went for a run in the London sunshine.

Tamara showed off her slim figure in a pair of black shorts with a vest top and bright pink trainers as she jogged alongside the river Thames in Battersea while pushing Sophia's stroller.

The little one no doubt enjoyed the fresh air as her mother did all the hard work.

And clearly Tamara's fitness regime is successful as the yummy mummy has snapped back into shape following the birth of her little girl.

Tamara's low-cut vest top showed off plenty of cleavage while her hair was perfectly coiffed, falling in loose waves around her face.

A pair of sunglasses completed the look.

And later, when Tamara had completed her run, the pair enjoyed some bonding time in the park as Tamara took Sophia out of the stroller to allow the tot to toddle around on the grass.

But it wasn't long before she pulled the cherubic youngster in for a cuddle.

Sophia certainly doesn't want for anything, celebrating her first birthday party last month with one of the most lavish children's birthday parties ever.

The cute kid was treated to a balloon castle, a petting zoo and even a zebra at the extravagant celebration, which was held at Tamara and her husband Jay Rutland's Kensington mansion last month.

Celebrity party planner Steven Duggan told MailOnline the gathering will have cost an estimated £70,000.

Tamara has been vocal about her love for her daughter, telling HELLO!, 'I'm completely obsessed with Sophia. I love her so much I'm like a crazy woman.

'I feel like a completely different person to the girl I used to be and I'm so much happier.'
