The couple had been dating for a year when they tied the knot. In 2008 Jodie split from Cydney Bernard, her partner of 20 years and the mother of their sons, Charlie, 16, and Kit, 13.

Earlier in the day, Jodie was seen filming Money Monster with co-stars Julia Roberts and Brit Jack O'Connell on the streets of  New York.

The movie stars George Clooney as Lee Gates, a TV personality whose insider tips have made him the money guru of Wall Street.

Julia plays a Financial News Network reporter with her camera crew outside the studio. Ratings soar as the entire country tunes in to the media frenzy to find out just how much a man's life is worth.
