The video begins on a close shot of the actor's suitcase, as he adds his glasses, while noting: 'Okay, packing to go to Rome.'
He then adds a toothbrush, 'pencils to write with,' and a pair of 'nice headphones,' which were displayed on a mannequin head.
'For Ben and then crew, some nice American coffees in case they're homesick,' he then says, as he adds a tray of iced coffees to his suitcase and zips it up.
Off to a good start: Fred began the video with a close shot of his suitcase, at first adding glasses, a toothbrush, pencils, and headphones

This announcement follows a series of many this month, of stars joining the cast of the sequel to the popular 2001 comedy.
Most recently Ben shared a comical video on his Instagram account, in which - as his character Derek Zoolander - he thought he was speaking to Hansel - Owen Wilson's character from the film - about Billy Zane returning.
However, when the man with wavy blonde hair - who had been facing away, reading the newspaper - turned around, it was Billy, and he was quick to show off his best Blue Steel, Zoolander's signature pucker.
Keeping busy: Fred is also the co-creator of IFC series Portlandia, which is in its fifth season
Hansel? Ben recently shared an Instagram video which showed Billy Zane - who appeared in 2001's Zoolander as himself - dressing up as Owen Wilson's character Hansel to announce his role in the sequel
Ben also recently shared a throwback photo of Penelope Cruz, writing: 'Excited to announce Penelope "Little Penny" Cruz has joined #Zoolander2 cast! #fbf'
Will Ferrell is said to be returning as his character Mugato, and Ben's wife Christine Taylor is coming back as Matilda.
Cyrus Arnold is joining the cast as Zoolander's son, and Jonah Hill, Kanye West, Kim Kardashian, Cara Delevingne, Naomi Campbell, and Anna Wintour are all rumored to make an appearance.
Throwback: The director also posted this sweet snap of Penelope Cruz to announce that she would be joining the fashion parody sequel as well
Already accustomed with the Italian fashion houses, Ben and Owen channeled their famous alter-egos as they announced the return of Zoolander during the Valentino AW14 show at Paris Fashion Week in March.
When the characters return to the modelling world, their business is threatened by an opposing company.
Ben will perform both male lead and directing duties on the film penned by Jennifer Aniston's actor fiancé Justin Theroux.
The fashion parody sequel, slated for release in 2016, started filming two weeks ago and comes 15 years after the first film.
