Dalton is the second actor from AHS: Freak Show to be involved in a major traffic accident.

In February, Ben Woolf died after being hit on the head by a car mirror as he crossed a Hollywood street.

The 34-year-old actor, who played Meep on the FX franchise series, died in hospital a few days later reportedly after suffering a stroke.

No charges were pursued against the driver of the SUV involved in the freak accident because Woolf was jaywalking at the time he was struck.
