Ashley Greene was just living the dream on Wednesday.

The 28-year-old actress treated herself to a little mid-week pick-me-up, seen getting pampered at a nail salon in Los Angeles.

The Twilight star showed her carefree side during her beauty treatment, opting to go make-up free while sweeping her brunette locks up into a messy bun.

As she sat back and relaxed, her thin figure was put on display in fitted pink and black workout wear.

Ashley's salon services includes a foot and shoulder massage, as well as a manicure and pedicure with a bright red polish. 

And it seems the salon employees were more than thrilled to have the Butter star as customer.

She was spotted taking a snap with two adoring attendant, posing in the middle between the pair.

The same day, Ashley worked up a sweat at her gym in West Hollywood, seeming to have made a day out of feeling good about herself.

Since wrapping on the last Twilight film instalment, Ashley - who is dating Paul Khoury - has gone on to feature in a string of Hollywood blockbusters.

The actress’s most recent project is James Franco’s In Dubious Battle – the actor is both starring and directing the film, which is based on a 1936 novel of the same name by John Steinbeck.

The movie features an all-star cast including Ed Harris, Bryan Cranston, Hunger Games favourite Josh Hutcherson, Zach Braff, Selena Gomez and Fault in Our Stars and Paper Towns actor Nat Wolff.

Nat takes on the lead role of an activist who gets caught up in the labour movement for farm workers in California during the 1930s.

James has a history with John Steinbeck, recently making his Broadway debut with a revival of the celebrated author's classic, Of Mice and Men.
