Zosia Mamet debuted her new bangs at Kohl's cocktail party in Manhattan's Soho neighbourhood on Wednesday.

It was a blonder, shorter bob on the 27-year-old ingénue, who was last seen at the April 16 premiere of her film Bleeding Heart.

To go with her fringe, the Girls starlet wore a b&w striped belted sundress designed by MILLY for DesigNation.

Zosia - pronounced 'zaw-shuh'- originally went platinum for her role in this year's comedy Goldbricks in Bloom.

Mamet and her live-in boyfriend Evan Jonigkeit co-star as Cleo and Joe in the flick about young, creative New Yorkers.

The couple of two years and their dog Moose share a three-storey home in Brooklyn's Bushwick neighbourhood.

The minimally made-up millennial happens to be the daughter of Oscar-nominated parents - playwright David Mamet and actress Lindsay Course.
