Jill, who welcomed her first child with husband Derick Dillard on April 6, hasn't been able to get off social media since giving birth.
The tiny tot appears to be snoozing peacefully in her arms swaddled in soft fabric in the family car.
The same day, Jill's sister Jessa, 22 along with her husband Ben Seewald, 19, announced via People that they are expecting their first child together after less than six months of marriage.
'We are so excited. The due date is November first, our wedding anniversary.' Jessa told the website.
Meanwhile, new mother Jill revealed this week that she had to have an emergency C-section to deliver her 9 lb 10 oz baby boy after a 70 hour labour.

'His birth didn't go as expected,' she told People: 'But having him here – it's worth all of it. I wouldn't do anything differently.'
It certainly hadn't been the easiest of pregnancies either, after she tested positive for strep B (a bacteria than can transfer from the mother to her child during birth) and was forced to take antibiotics via an IV.
Her planned homebirth (at their home in Rogers, Arkansas) was riddled with complications, and People reports that after her waters broke (41 weeks and five days into her pregnancy) a faint strain of meconium was found.

Meconium - the first forming of feces of a newborn infant in utero - is often a warning sign that there may be some fetal distress, and runs the risk of aspiration.
She spent a total of 70 hous in labor and is said to have refused both pain medication and the hormone Pitocin, which can speed up labor.
Further complications arose when she was told the baby had moved into a transverse breech position meaning it was sideways and upside down, and was also send to be experiencing irregular heart rates.
Accepting doctors advice, both Jill and Derick then made the decision to go ahead with a C-section, with their baby son arriving at 11:49pm, according the publication.

In the video Jill posted last week, she explained: 'Not everything went as expected and we are reminded by what the Bible talks about when man plans his way but the Lord directs his steps.'
Jill found out about the pregnancy just weeks after her wedding to husband Derick, that took place in June last year, and the honeymoon baby had been expected on March 24.
The arrival of baby Israel was captured by TLC's cameras and will air on May 5 ahead of Mother's Day.
Difficult birth: The married couple posed with their physician Dr. Hill. The reality star revealed she had a very difficult birth and had to have a C-section
Jill's family have long favoured home births over having them in a hospital. Her sister in law, Josh’s wife Anna, welcomed her first two children at home and a third at a midwifery center.
Her mother Michelle had a number of her 19 children at home, and utilized the help of a midwife or doula even in hospital.
Derick, who Jill said was 'amazing at being a dad' on Thursday, would only be asked to don the medical clothes if his wife was taken into the sterile environment of a surgical
