Coventry on the brink of administration

Coventry City are
on the brink of
administration after
major creditor the
Co-op Bank blocked a
takeover by a group
fronted by former
Manchester City
defender Ray Ranson.
The Co-op are believed
to be owed around
£18million, with former
chairman Geoffrey
Robinson due a similar
amount.
