Zac Efron rocks the pumped up body in his upcoming movie We Are Your Friends.

The 27-year-old actor was sticking to the regimen as he was seen grabbing healthy smoothies with his girlfriend Sami Miro at The Oaks Gourmet Market in Los Feliz, California on Thursday.

Zac couldn't seem to get enough of the delicious drink and kept on sipping while strolling across a parking lot and then down the boulevard with his Bohemian-dressed companion.

The former High School Musical star covered up his physique in black jeans, graphic print T-shirt and a bulky bomber jacket.

His eyes were shaded by tinted sunglasses and he clutched a few extra napkins just in case.

His latest lady love, marketing exec-turned-model Sami, was dressed in a vintage-style flowered dress and long black cardigan, along with rugged black boots.

The pair - who were seen together behind-the-scenes at MTV Movie Awards on April 12 - have a taste for healthy snacks and fashion it seems.

As Sami confessed to Elle recently, the couple like to shop together and Zac doesn't mind lending her his shirts either.

'I've always worn a lot of men's clothing. So I think with Zac - we shop together all the time, and I just naturally like to pick out clothes - our styles have mixed together,' Sami told the publication.

'I definitely do borrow some cool shirts and jackets of his, too, so it works out really well. We kind of coordinate in a way. I think when you... hang out... you start to appreciate what the other person has to offer and clothing, because we're both really into it, comes out in that way also.'

Once We Are Your Friends gets a release date, fans will see more of his ripped physique.

At the 2014 MTV Movie Awards, Zac gave everyone a generous look at his muscular torso when he walked on stage shirtless and saluted the audience.
