Palace sign McCarthy from Addicks to replace Hudson
Crystal Palace have signed Charlton defender Paddy McCarthy in a £500,000 deal.
McCarthy, 25, has agreed a three-year contract with the Eagles after holding talks with boss Neil Warnock early this week.
The Irish centre-half replaces the departed Mark Hudson, who joined Charlton on a free transfer earlier this month.

Warnock said: "I've chased Paddy for about five years and I'm delighted to get him."
