Fleet Week kicked off in the Big Apple on Tuesday, and gave New Yorkers the opportunity to welcome men and women in uniform.

And Hilaria Baldwin jumped at the chance to take part, quickly tracking down a group of hunky sailors.

The wife of Alec posted a photo on Instagram which showed her clad in a pretty cream dress with a floral print, while surrounded by the dashing young men.

Hilaria revealed that as well as celebrating the sailors’ valiant efforts in serving their country, she was marking her own recent success.

‘#fleetweek + celebrating being named by @peoplemag as one of the most talked about bodies of 2014,’ the yoga instructor captioned the image.

Even though she was busy making new friends, Hilaria wasn’t about to forget her daily yoga pose.

This time, the 30-year-old stretched across her nine-month-old daughter’s crib while clutching some pliers, and apparently adjusting its height.

‘Lowering the crib is no stretch for me #hilariaypd#yogapostureoftheday don't doubt me... I'm actually quite handy (half frog),’ she wrote alongside the Instagram snap.

Hilaria was dressed casually in a cosy grey top and black leggings before changing into her summer frock and heading outside.

Fleet Week sees 1500 sailors, Marines and Coast Guardsmen take to the streets of New York, while on Tuesday three navy ships and two coast guard cutters could be seen in the Harbor.

Hilaria, her 56-year-old Blue Jasmine star husband and little Carmen enjoyed a weekend in The Hamptons but were seen back in the Big Apple on Monday.

No doubt it was a welcome break from last week’s drama as Alec was arrested for riding his bicycle in the wrong direction on Fifth Avenue and later charged with disorderly conduct after reportedly becoming angry and belligerent with police.

Can't believe she just turned 30 recently. She looks like she's in her 40's. I am 24 and not too far from her age and if I stood next to her I bet people would think she's my mum or very older sister. I know she's fit but then I suppose it may be genetics or other factors that aged her. Also what is it with men thinking that in their 50's and over that marrying a 20 something and having kids with her is a good idea. The percentage that she isn't after your money is so miniscule that it's best not to risk it. Ignore Beyoncé and her drivel...don't put a ring on it. I'll go for an older man as well as many in my age range but 26 years apart is too much of a stretch.
