Bill Granger hoping to cook up $3.3million for his four bedroom beachside home... as he opens a new cafe down the road
The self-taught cook (centre) and his wife Natalie Elliott bought the house, situated in walking distance from Bronte beach in Sydney, in April 2008 for $2.88. His new restaurant, Bills Bondi, opened down the road in September - twenty one years after he opened his first restaurant in Darlinghurst at the age of 22 . An advert for the house boasts that it is 'privately positioned amid established gardens' and has ocean views. The family are currently based in London but plan to move back to Sydney permanently to a bigger house in the eastern suburbs.
