Southern California has a reputation for beautiful weather and beautiful people.

Jessica Alba, 33, represents the perfect combination while dressed to keep warm or cool with a unique pairing of a sweatshirt and skirt with high heel pumps.

Not only did the outfit appear comfortable, but it looked stunning as she walked around Venice Beach on Thursday.

The Fantastic Four star rocked a long blue skirt that started naturally at her waist and stopped at her mid shin.

Without being the type of flowing skirt that needs micro-managing, the material allowed room to breathe and appeared generous in terms of mobility.

Delicately shaping her ankles and feet were pointy-toe high heel pumps. The smooth powder white color complemented the model's tone, contrasting beautifully with her golden brown tan.

Perhaps the most attention grabbing part of her ensemble was the white sweatshirt that exhibited a colorful tiger logo taking up the majority of the front side.

Exotic colors such as purple, gold, green and bright pink intertwined to make up the head of the tiger, which displayed the word 'KENZO' in its jaws.

Underneath the tiger's head the word 'Paris' can be seen, as the pattern is part of KENZO's Torn Paper collection that pays tribute to ripped posters and street art that hang on the city's walls and underground rail stations.
