They grow up so fast! Ricky Martin posts throwback picture of his son's first bath as the jet-setting family arrive in Australia

Ricky Martin has upped the cuteness factor when it comes to family snaps.

The singer, 43, shared a tender throwback picture on Instagram on Thursday of his son's 'first bath.' 

His twin boys, Matteo and Valentino, were born by a surrogate mother in August 2008 and apparently the time is flying much too fast for the singer.

'#tbt #throwbackThursday.' the doting dad captioned the pic, 'My son's first bath. Time flies.' 

The star finished off his post with a Spanish translation of his words in the caption.

The image shows a shirtless Ricky looking buff and tattooed as he holds on to his newborn baby.

After splitting with his partner of four years, Carlos Gonzalez Abella, in January 2014, Ricky is once again parenting his boys solo. 

Twins Matteo and Valentino will be accompanying their father on his international 'One World' tour, which kicked off in Auckland last Saturday.

In an interview with News Corp Ricky said his boys love coming on tour and claimed their playground is 'backstage at an arena.'

The Livin' La Vida Loca singer has asked fellow Voice coach Delta Goodrem to join the Australian leg of his tour as a support act.

'She is a friend, you know, we have become very close and she is one of those people you want in your life forever,' Ricky said of wanting Delta to jump on board in an interview with The Daily Telegraph.

'One World' will begin in Townsville at the Entertainment & Convention Centre with a performance on the 24th and 25th of April.

Ricky will continue his Australian tour with concerts in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and finish up in Perth.

To the great excitement of fans, Ricky has agreed to return to his coaching role on The Voice Australia for a third season. 

The singer will return to Sydney when the live rounds begin later this year.

Matteo and Valentino accompanied their father to Sydney for the taping of the auditions back in March, and will join him on his return.

Ricky has been a favourite among fans and contestants, with many of the singers choosing to join Team Ricky in the last two seasons.  

This year he will be competing against coaches Delta Goodrem, The Madden Brothers and former UK Voice coach Jessie J.
