The 31-year-old showed off her extremely slim limbs and very flat stomach, as she posed standing next to a chair emblazoned with Lost Stunt Coordinator.

It appeared it was from the time when she may have been working on the hit Tv show which was filmed in Hawaii in

The brunette, who is now making her name as a stunt actress rested her hand on her hip bone in the photo.

She had clearly been taking getting her muscles in order seriously at the time as there did not appear to be an ounce of fat on her.

Gazing down at the logo on the chair, she had her hair loosely drawn back off of her face.

Her figure appeared much slimmer than in the photo she posted on Wednesday, for Earth Day.

Taking to Instagram, again she a shared a snap of herself lying face down on the sand making sand angels with her arms and legs.

In the photo, Sharni had stripped off her bikini top and wore just the bottoms for the photo, explaining why she was lying face down.

Her slim and tanned figure was on full display in the shot with her toned behind also on show in the tiny white bikini bottoms which covered very little.

The actress, who is based in Los Angeles, captioned the shot: 'Grounded by the #earth, breathing in the #air, washed up by the #water, fueled by the #fire, basking in the #quintessence -- #EarthDay.'

Sharni is not afraid to show off her slender physique -  she posted a photo of herself on social media doing a splits style move while spinning around a pole on a night out.

Again her super flat stomach was on display.

And when she went to Coachella two weeks ago she posted a shot showing off her tiny waist, and slim arms in a crop top teamed with a low slung plaid skirt.

The actress has always faced questions over her slender frame.

She says she is just made that way: Speaking about her physique, the star said: 'I've always been a very naturally slim girl. If I was the way I was perceived, I would not physically be able to do what I do.'

As far back as 2012 she has faced comments on social media about her figure with one Twitter user saying: 'omg she is very thin! But maybe it's because she's a dancer? She's so thin, it's like she has wrinkles!'

However she takes staying in shape seriously - she recently starred the film Dragon Blade with John Cusack, Jackie Chan and Adrien Brody.

The historical action film, which had a budget of US$65million, is reported to be the most expensive Chinese-language film ever made.

It follows two Roman soldiers, played by Cusack and Brody, who travel to China during the Han Dynasty and encounter a warrior, played by Chan.
