She's currently on holiday in the gorgeous location of Jamaica along with her family.

But Leigh-Anne Pinnock isn't completely letting her hair down, as the star is still keeping up with her fitness regime.

The Little Mix beauty traded her previously worn skimpy green bikini for a head-to-toe blue gym wear look as she worked up a sweat on the beach in the midst of her vacation.

That's how she does it! Leigh-Anne Pinnock showed off just how she stays in such good shape by sticking to her workout regime while on holiday in Jamaica

The 23-year-old, who has been proudly flaunting her taut and toned curves in swimwear, cut a trim figure as she ran about on the sand and worked her limbs.

She looked impeccable - if not a little warm - in a pair of skintight cropped leggings, a vest and trainers in a matching royal blue.

The Word Up hitmaker tied back her long, raven tresses, piled up high on her head, while keeping her oversized shades firmly on her face to protect her eyes from the glaring sun.

And... stretch: The 23-year-old beauty looked trim and toned in her fitted head-to-toe blue gym ensemble as she worked her quad muscles on the sand

As well as taking a jog along the sand, Leigh-Anne was also making sure she was well and truly stretched, working on her quad muscles and her triceps.

And it seemed to have been quite a tiring session as she bent over to catch her breath at one point.

It's no wonder she has such a gorgeous physique if her dedication to her fitness regime is so strict.

The star has been taking some well-earned time off from her hectic schedule as one quarter of hit girl group Little Mix, sunning herself on the idyllic Caribbean island with her sister.

The beauty - who found fame with the girl group on The X Factor back in 2011 - didn't hold back on sharing pictures on her Instagram page.

She flaunted her fantastic figure in a lime green bikini while posing under a waterfall in a couple of eye-catching snaps.

Another shot showed her showing off her toned limbs in a striking yoga pose on the glorious sandy beach, while wearing another bikini.

Leigh-Anne previously opened up about how tough it is to find time for her family because of the group's hectic schedule.

She told Reveal magazine: 'It’s really hard. I find it hard to split my time [between my boyfriend and my family] when I get a day off.

'I want to see everyone but luckily they are all really understanding. I see my friends one week, then the next week my boyfriend and my family.'

Little Mix are currently working on their third album, and decided to cancel their planned trek of the US so they could perfect their new material.
