Danielle Lineker shows off her curves in cutaway swimsuit for stunning but 'sweaty' Los Angeles photoshoot

She's been working hard on her acting career in recent months, but Danielle Lineker has also returned to her modelling roots.

The 35-year-old star has shared a stunning image from her latest swimwear shoot, which sees her modelling a racy white one-piece.

With cutaway detail showing off her toned body, Gary Lineker's wife looks amazing in the shot taken during her trip to Los Angeles in March.

Danielle shows off her beach body in the photo, with the sexy white swimsuit featuring cutout detail in the hips and a halterneck top.

A slick of ruby red lipstick adds to the glam feel, while the brunette's hair is swept back from her face.

Despite appearances, Danielle told her Twitter followers that the shoot with photographer Andres Reynaga was far from comfortable:

'Great, albeit slightly sweaty shoot with @arreynaga . Thanks @varleylondon for the stunning swimwear,' she captioned the photo.

While Danielle started her career in modelling, more recently she has been carving out an acting career, appearing in stage productions including Calendar Girls and Responsible Other.

She has also filmed an episode of an upcoming American drama series called Aquarius, starring X Files actor David Duchovny, and her first film, Kicking Off, is coming out this summer.

The star is delighted to have the opportunity to be seen as more than just Gary’s wife, telling Asiana Wedding magazine in February:

‘I don’t want anybody to think I’m trying to fight against being that, because everything’s wonderful on that front, but I’m independent so it’s great to have my own ambitions to follow.

‘Recently, Walkers wanted us to do an advert together, and I knew it would have been really funny, but it went against what I’m trying to do so I said no. Gary is very supportive - he looked after Ella at home when I went to LA to shoot Aquarius, and he often comes with me when I go there.’
