Jonah Hill's battle with his weight continues as he shows a much heavier frame while filming Arms And The Dudes

The star is well known for his yo-yo diet, struggling to keep the weight off after he sheds it.

And Jonah Hill was obviously struggling with the pounds again as he filmed black comedy Arms And The Dudes in the Century City district of Los Angeles on Friday.

The 31-year-old donned a light blue shirt, undone at the neck, under a blue suit which he teamed with white sneakers.

The Wolf Of Wall Street star's dark, wavy hair was smoothed back with product and he walked between two women.

Directed by Todd Phillips, the Warner Bros. movie co-stars Miles Teller and is based on the Rolling Stone article by journalist Guy Lawson about two unlikely arms dealers, stoners living in Miami.

They somehow got a $300 million contract from the Pentagon to supply weapons for U.S. allies in Afghanistan in 2007.

Jonah has also signed on for the Coen brothers’ Hail Caesar and can be seen next in True Story alongside James Franco.

He is attached to star in The Ballad Of Richard Jewell and will reprise his roll as Schmidt in 23 Jump Street, which is in pre-production.

But what he will weigh then is anyone's guess.

In 2011, after encouragement from his Moneyball co-star Brad Pitt, Jonah lost an impressive 40 pounds from his 250-pound frame but has struggled to keep off the weight since.

'I went to see a nutritionist, and he told me what to eat to change my habits and stuff. I found that Japanese food was very helpful to me.'
