Tulisa Contostavlos steps out in a wacky ensemble of a gold shirt left unbuttoned to the waist to reveal bandeau top

Tulisa Contostavlos looked glamorous and carefree as she enjoyed a night out ahead of an appearance in court.

The 25-year-old former N-Dubz star was seen partying at DSTRKT nightclub in Leicester Square on Saturday, where she remained until 3am.

The singer turned heads with her outfit, wearing a tile-print, Eastern inspired shirt which was left undone at the waist to reveal a skimpy crop top.

She completed her outfit with tight black trousers, knee-length black boots and a black trilby hat. 

On Tuesday Tulisa will appear at Southwark Crown Court, for a plea and case management hearing.

She is charged with being involved in the supply of Class A drugs, with her trial scheduled to begin on July 14.

Tulisa has been charged with helping undercover reporter Mazher Mahmood obtain 13.9g of Class A drug cocaine for £860 between May 20 and May 24 2013, which she denies.

Meanwhile, it seems that the singer is planning a return to the music scene, as she revealed on Twitter that she is attending a studio session.

It will be the first time the former X Factor judge has released music since her debut solo album The Female Boss back in 2012.

As a solo singer, her first single Young topped the charts, but The Female Boss was considered a flop.

It’s thought Tulisa has been working hard in the studio since last year, although as of yet there has been no news on when her new sounds can be expected.

Tulisa rose to fame in 2000 when she formed N-Dubz with cousin Dappy Contostavlos and friend Fazer Rawson.

They had eight top 40 hits before separating to pursue solo projects in 2011.
