From supermodel to movie star! Cara Delevingne shows off her slim pins as she smiles her way through press conference for new film Paper Towns

She's passionate about making the career move from modelling to acting and on Thursday Cara Delevingne was showing off both her range of facial expressions and her endless legs.

At the press conference for Paper Towns, her latest movie in which she is the lead, she was snapped looking fresh-faced and happy.

The 22-year-old has described the whole experience as 'a dream come true' and looked perfectly at ease answering questions and posing for the photocall.

Cara had had plenty of experience in the lime light and sat back in he simple grey and cream striped jumper taking in all the attention.

In the film she plays a young school girl and on Friday her youth shone through, despite a full face of make-up.

Her trademark eyebrows we typically strong while she also wore her eye-make up soft and smoky with dark pink lipstick and a light blush on her cheeks.

When she stood she showed off her model dimensions in a navy military style mini skirt and black ankle boots.

She kept her blonde hair down and glossy, although the pristine appearance was undermined by some ink on her heavily tattooed hand. 

On Friday she wrote on her Instagram about her excitement over the film and her appreciation for her co-star Nat Wolff.

She said, 'Thank you to everyone who was involved in making @papertownsmovie and especially to my co star @natandalex you made the whole experience a dream come true.

'Cannot believe we one the rising star award at cinemacon! AHHHH'.

The film is an adaptation of a book by the same author as A Fault In Our Stars, John Green, and follows the story of a young man and his friends who end up on the road trip of their lives, trying to find the missing girl next door.
