Mommy's playtime! Rebecca Gayheart has more fun on the slippery slide than her two adorable daughters on girls' day at the playground

The best part of having children is clearly having a great excuse to enjoy the playground.

Rebecca Gayheart was certainly having fun on Friday as she took her daughters, Geraldine and Billie, to a park in Beverly Hills, California.

The 41-year-old was transformed into a four-year-old laughing and racing her girls down the slippery slide.

While the actress and three-year-old Billie whizzed down the curving slide by themselves, Rebecca also went down tightly squeezing her youngest so Geraldine could be part of the fun too.

Billie kept giving the slide a go, so Rebecca and pink-clad Geraldine got some snuggle and giggle time in on the grass.

It was hard to tell who was having the most fun as the Urban Legends actress first pretended to eat the little girl before tumbling to the ground and pretending the 17-month-old had overpowered her.

Slide time over, all three headed to the sandpit to build sandcastles.

For their day in the park Rebecca - who is married to Grey's Anatomy star Eric Dane - dressed her two little girls in pink ensembles.

Billie wore her short blonde hair tied up in a tiny top knot with long pink pants and a grey long sleeved top.

While her younger sister was also dressed in pink pants, a long sleeve white T-shirt and a cute matching pink cardigan.

Mother Rebecca luckily decided not to follow their matching lead, instead wore blue skin tight jeans with a loose terracotta striped long sleeve T-shirt with purple sunglasses.

The mother of two wore little makeup and threw her hair up into a haphazard bun for her play date with her daughters.

Husband Eric is also a big fan of the park. Just before their second daughter's birth the Grey's Anatomy star said playing with Bille was everything.

He told People: 'I like watching her laugh. Seeing this kid laugh when you put her on the swing, or slide down the slide with her, it's just - she owns me.'

He also revealed he loves his wife more than ever since she gave birth to their daughter.

'I love her exponentially more than I did before. It's just great to see her be a mother.

'I don't know if there's any change more significant that a human being can make than that of a woman becoming a mother. There's no change more dramatic.'
