With her birthday coming up on Tuesday, Jessica Alba is enjoying a few days of pampering.

The hard-working actress took a break to stroll to Gentle Wellness Center in Santa Monica, California on Saturday ahead of turning 34 on Tuesday.

The Center happens to be a favourite of that other 'green queen', Gwyneth Paltrow, who raves about their Colonic Hydrotherapy, according to her Goop website.

Ahead of her appointment the pretty star was seen looking serious as she chatted on her cellphone in the unseasonably cold and blustery day.

Despite the grey skies, she picked a spring-like hue - teaming up a white leather jacket with pale blue cropped trousers.

Jessica, who is married to Cash Warren, donned a blue checked shirt, and carried an adorable satchel style bag over her shoulder.

The mother-of-two added a metallic twist to her ballet flats, which were silver - and covered her eyes in dark glasses.

On Friday the Sin City star also pampered herself with an extra special hair treatment at the Japanese Village Plaza in Los Angeles.

'We've got the silkiest hair in all the land Thx to our Japanese Detox Scalp Treatment! Such an awesome Bday treat fom my @dazzlemira!' the actress and entrepreneur wrote on Instagram with a snap from inside Amity Hair salon.

We love Jessica Alba's easy breezy style and for her trip to a wellness center in Santa Monica, the actress stayed true to her LA vibe in another laid back ensemble.

Draped in pastel hues, the busy entrepreneur wore a plaid shirt and cropped pants with a white biker jacket. She capped off her outfit with a metallic shoulder bag and matching shoes by Kate Spade.

The pointy toe ballet flats are a must have respite from the vertiginous heels most of us are used to wearing. Especially in New York, the comfy slippers are great for navigating the concrete jungle.

She co-founded the retail company in 2011, which seeks to provide safe and eco-friendly household and baby products.

On Thursday, Jessica gushed about how her blooming earth friendly company won an award from the Sustainable Business Council Of Los Angeles.
