She pulled out all the stops to remain the centre of attention as she celebrated her birthday on Saturday night.

Turning heads as she passed by, Melissa Reeves suffered quite the humiliating fall while making her way to London’s Cafe de Paris with a large crowd of friends.

However, the Ex On The Beach star – who turned 23 - managed to quickly regain her composure and laugh off the awkward situation, clearly seeing the funny side.

She was dressed to impress in a risqué outfit, which consisted of black underwear over a see-through embellished mesh top and sexy thigh-high boots.

Wearing her long blonde locks loose in cascading waves, the party lover rounded off the proceedings with a slick of lip gloss, smoky eyewear and lashings of mascara.

Excited about hitting the town, Melissa took to her Twitter page to write: ‘Can't wait to celebrate my birthday tonight @CafedeParisLDN’

She stood tall in strappy heels, while a bright red lip and heavily defined eyes polished off the look perfectly.

The reality TV babe, who once dated former Everton star Jack Rodwell and Geordie Shore's Gary Beadle, signed up to find love as she said she thought it was just a dating show.

'Once we'd all turned up on the beach, that's when we found out that it was actually Ex On The Beach,' she told the Daily Mirror. 'The hardest thing was not knowing which of your exes it would be.

‘So all of us spent so much time racking our brains trying to work out who it could possibly be but there was no way of telling.'
