It was all yellow! Lily Allen matches acid-wash hair to her bag and socks as she takes a stroll in Los Angeles

She's been dyeing her hair a variety of colours for some time now - and Lily Allen was giving her latest look another airing on Friday. 

Her latest job is a neon yellow acid-wash do, with sections of pink - and the singer matched was pictured matching her locks to her bag and socks when she stepped out.

Taking a stroll in Los Angeles with a male friend, the 29-year-old singer let her hair do the talking, keeping the rest of her look fairly casual.

She wore a simple grey sweater for her outing and cropped baggy trousers, which showed off her bright yellow socks. 

She also carried a two-tone grey and yellow leather bag on one shoulder, grappling with a professional looking camera.  

The mother-of-two is set to celebrate her 30th birthday next weekend, after which she suggests she will be toning down her look. 

Taking to her Instagram account earlier this month, she posted a snap of her penultimate do with the caption: ‘Not long till I’m 30, one last hurrah on the hair front. watermelon hurr dun care.’ (sic)

On Friday, she was joined by friend and ex-boyfriend DJ Seb Chew who she dated for two and half years before splitting back in 2007.

The pair have remained close friends and are often seen together.

She's currently in Los Angeles recording music, and is also thought to be house-hunting over there to relocate with her husband Sam Cooper and their daughters Ethel Mary and Marnie Rose.

Meanwhile, on Sunday, Lily took to Twitter to post a sign which advertised Babyccino's for 50p.

Clearly not a fan of the concept, she captioned the snap with one simple word: 'Nooooo!'
