She's been the standout contestant of the series so far.

And Rumer Willis is no doubt preparing yet another breathtaking performance for Monday's episode of Dancing With The Stars, where she will be undertaking a jive with her partner Val Chmerkovskiy.

The 26-year-old star, who is the eldest daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore, was spotted emerging from the show's studios in Hollywood after working up a sweat in rehearsals on Saturday.

Rumer cut a sporty figure in a loose blue top paired with a black sports bra and leggings.

The star wore her brunette locks tied back in a loose ponytail and added a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses.

She was joined by her remaining competitors including The Hunger Games' Willow Shields and military veteran Noah Galloway.

Rumer has consistently impressed the judges and viewers alike thanks to her elegant footwork and solid dance routines.

The star recently opened up about her mum Demi Moore dating pin-up Ashton Kutcher in 2003 following her parents divorce.

She joked she was impressed her then-40-year-old mother could land a hot guy like 25-year-old Ashton, with the pair eventually splitting in 2011.

'I was kind of impressed,' Rumer told Howard Stern on his radio show. 'I was like, "Yeah girl, get it!"'

The only awkward moment was when Rumer and her sisters Scout, 23, and Tallulah, 21, realised their teenage crush on Ashton was no longer appropriate.

'I feel like I told my sister that at some point, "Gotta cross him off the list!"', Rumer added.
