What a wake up call! Kate Upton shows off her model body in chic trench coat and ripped white jeans as she struts into Radio 1

It may have been an early start for Kate Upton, but the model and actress certainly brightened up Monday morning as she hit the Radio 1 studios in central London.

The 22-year-old showed off her best runway walk as she arrived for an interview on Nick Grimshaw's Breakfast Show.

Looking chic in a camel coloured trench coat and ripped Frame Denim white jeans, the blonde beauty looked in great spirits despite the early hour.

Kate showed off her model body in a pair of cropped white jeans which were ripped up her thighs to flash a hint of skin.

The star added a classic trench coat from Fay layered over a pretty lemon coloured sweater and a long white t-shirt.

A pair of snakeskin heels finished off her springtime look.

Rip up the rule book in Kate's Frame Denim jeans

Kate Upton might be more famous for strutting her stuff on the catwalk and posing for the camera in photoshoots, but she's just as chic when she's doing her own thing too.

She rocked up to the Radio 1 studios for an interview on Nick Grimshaw's Breakfast Show wearing some white slashed jeans by Frame Denim, which she styled with a trench coat by Fay and some snakeskin heels.

They're a bit on the pricey side, but Kate's distressed jeans will fit like a dream and are the perfect way to switch things up if you're always wearing black skinnies. While she hid any sign of tiredness behind some shades, Kate seemed to have bags of energy as she wowed the crowds outside Broadcasting House.

Striking a pose for the camera, Kate flashed a huge smile as she strutted inside for her chat with an excited Grimmy.

'The most googled Kate in the world @kateupton is gonna be live on the show. see you at 6.30am.' the radio star told his Twitter fans on Sunday.

When told about the most Googled fact on air, Kate was shocked that she beats Kate Moss and Kate Middleton to that title. 

'That's a lot of pressure! I feel like I need to start tweeting or Instagramming more so people can Google me and find something interesting,' she said. 

Despite have a body worthy of Sports Illustrated covers, Kate insists there's 'one hundred percent' pressure when it comes to her looks.

'I'm a woman so like once a month I struggle with my body and it's really difficult. But I just try to eat healthy and work out, so that makes like easier,' she explained, adding that she works out on average four times a week.

'Women are all the same, we all have insecurity problems no matter what you look like or what your job is.'

Kate has had a hectic schedule since arriving in London, attending the fourth annual Vogue Festival at the Royal Geographical Society in the city on Sunday.
