You're barking up the wrong tree! Owner of Britain's Got Talent hypnotist hound brands talking dog rival 'ugly'
They're hoping to emulate the success of Britain's Got Talent 2012 winners Ashley and Pudsey.
And it seems things have turned nasty in the quest to become the ITV talent show's top dog, with the owners of this year's standout canine acts fuelling the competition.
Princess the hypnotist mutt's owner, Krystyna Lennon, apparently took a dig at her pet's rival act, Wendy the talking hound when they met at auditions, branding the white Coton de Tulear 'ugly'.

Poor pup: Kystyna's daugher Leah also implied Marc Metral's talking dog Wendy wasn't enjoying the act
According to The Sun newspaper, Krystyna's daughter Leah wrote on Facebook: 'My mum was saying the dog was ugly.
'Then when the act started, we realised it was because it had something attached to her face.
'You can quite clearly tell. It looked terrified when it walked on, tail down.'
Who let the dogs out: The adorable German Spitz won over the judges and the audience alike
The audience was amazed when Wendy appeared to talk and the judges put owner Marc Metral through to the next round.
It turns out the dog was wearing a false mouth that was being operated remotely, which some viewers worried might be 'cruel'.
The cute pup is competition for German Spitz Princess, who appeared to send audience members to sleep as she sat on her owner Krystyna's lap, before putting show hosts Ant and Dec and head judge Simon Cowell under her spell.

Meanwhile, BGT has been accused of reusing acts from other shows after several familiar faces made an appearance.
Dance troupes IMD Legion and Boyband were finalists on Sky 1 show Got To Dance, and 15-year-old student Isaac Waddington won BBC Young Chorister of the year in 2012.
A show spokesperson told MailOnline: 'Some acts have previously appeared on other shows, as is the case for many TV talent shows these days, but there are no rules that state this should prevent them from applying.
'The show is open to anyone whether professional or amateur, irrespective of their past experience and all acts are auditioned on merit on the day.'
