Fashion and charity met at the 12th Annual Stuart House Benefit on Sunday, and celebrities were not far behind.

The philanthropic event, hosted by menswear designer John Varvatos in West Hollywood, California, brought out everyone from Ziggy Marley to Rachel Zoe.

With so many celebrities turning up, unusual pairings were unavoidable - which might have explained Kris Jenner's 34-year-old boyfriend, Corey Gamble, spending time with Tish and Billy Ray Cyrus.

All together: Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus attended the Stuart House Benefit on Sunday in West Hollywood, spending time with their children - Braison and Noah - and with Kris Jenner's boyfriend, Corey Gamble

Billy Ray and Tish - country stars in their own right as well as parents to a young woman named Miley - embodied a rock-and-roll feel in their clothing choices for the day.

Wearing John Varvatos sunglasses like so many of the celebrity guests, both Tish and Billy Ray kept things casual with dark-coloured denim and simple boots.

Tish did dress up her outfit slightly with a sheer white blouse and a fancy black cowboy hat, but Billy Ray stuck to a charcoal T-shirt over a red-plaid flannel.

The couple's country-rock look was shared by two of their children, Braison and Noah, who showed up in white T-shirts and - in Noah's case - cut-off denim shorts.

Keeping his look simple, Corey kept to cleaner lines and classic black when he posed with the musical family.

A black T-shirt and trousers were worn under a similarly coloured jacket worn with a gold chain.

Girlfriend Kris did not appear to have attended the party that day.

Stuart House is a program run by The Rape Foundation, which supports the needs of sexually abused children and their families.

For more than a decade, celebrities have helped to raise more than $5 million for the centre during annual events.

Food, auctions, children's activities, and luxury shopping were part of the event, plus a concert from Ziggy Marley.

In addition to Ziggy, actor Chris Pine was there to serve as the honourary chair and master of ceremonies.

Since the Stuart House benefit was a family-friendly event, some celebrities brought young children along.

Stylist Rachel Zoe and her husband, Rodger Berman, for example, were accompanied by their four-year-old and one-year-old sons Skyler and Kai.

Former Friends star David Schwimmer and his wife, Zoe Buckman, also brought along their daughter, three-year-old Cleo.

Actors made up a large number of those in attendance with Josh Dallas, KaDee Strickland, Kate Walsh, Zach Braff, LL Cool J, Jesse Metcalfe, and Eric McCormack spotted at the event.

Others there included model Lydia Hearst and TV personality George Kotsiopoulos.
