Chelsea may still need six points to clinch the Premier League title, but star man Eden Hazard seemed ready to celebrate during training on Monday.  The PFA Player of the Year had Chelsea captain John Terry in a fit of laughter at the club's Cobham training base as he appeared to mime taking celebratory drink.  Jose Mourinho's side will pulling similar poses next weekend if they manage to win their Premier League matches against Leicester City and Crystal Palace.
