So Jessa Seewald's maternal instincts were most likely running on high when she posted beautiful snaps of her new nephew, Israel David, the latest addition to the extended Duggar family, on Saturday.

'This little man is too cute! #IsraelDavidDillard #BabyDilly @jillmdillard @derickdillard,' the 19 Kids And Counting celebrity captioned four shots of older sister Jill's three-week old baby boy with husband Derick Dillard, 25.

And the 22-year-old added another shot of the happy couple sitting on a sofa with Israel fast asleep in his mother's arms,saying: 'Such a sweet little family!'

Jill and Derick welcomed their little boy on April 6, and the proud parents have been posting a slew of snaps of the tot on social media for their fans.

'Not everything went as expected,' the very religious 23-year-old said in a video the couple recorded at the hospital after Jill gave birth.

The trainee mid-wife added: 'We were reminded of the verse that the Bible talks about where man plans his way but the Lord directs his steps. We were encouraged by that and yeah, he's just a handsome little fellow.'

The loved up couple, who frequently share snaps of their public displays of affection, announced the news in a selfie posted on social media showing a onesie with the message 'coming soon 11.01.2015' pegged on a washing line as they kissed in the background.

And on Sunday Jessa posted a snap of a baby still in the womb, captioned '#BabySeewald is growing! ❤ Already so in love with this little person! #13Weeks --with @ben_seewald.'

Meanwhile,TLC's hit show 19 Kids & Counting – which airs Tuesdays – will cover the birth of Jill and Derick baby Israel on its May 5 edition, time for iMother's Day, according to People.
