And now professional Australian boxer Lauryn Eagle is giving fans a glimpse at how she stays healthy through fitness.

The 27-year-old took to Instagram on Friday to share a video of herself throwing some punches in the ring.

Proving her sportswoman status, Lauryn packed a punch in her social media video.

The blonde beauty hid her face behind protective head gear, slipping on black boxing gloves and a matching singlet.

She stepped into the ring wearing neon green sneakers, perfect for manoeuvering around the small section of space.

'Practising how to fight on the inside!! Uppercuts are a difficult punch to master. Always learning at The Nest,' penned the fitness fiend to her over 32,000 followers.

Just last week Lauryn shared a cheeky snap of her derrière.

Plugging Mosmann Australia underwear, the personality posed with her polka dotted rear facing the camera.

She used the simple hash tags 'underwear,' 'breathable' and 'comfy' in her caption.

Although she is fighting fit now, Lauryn suffered a nasty cut last year.

Explaining her injury to Daily Mail Australia in October, she said, 'I slipped over by the pool and I cut my leg on some glass - it's quite bad.'

'[Doctors] were actually quite worried because I had lost a lot of blood that I may have cut the main artery. If you cut that artery you bleed to death, it was very scary,' she explained.

The blonde beauty has weaned herself back into physical activity recently during her daily training sessions with her Eaglets at her gym in Sydney's Cronulla.

Due to the injury the former water ski champion had to forfeit both her October 31 and December 6 boxing bouts.
