Throughout her enduring career as an actress, TV host and now reality star, Lisa Rinna has been well known for her athletic physique.

And on Sunday, the Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills star, 51, was seen working on her fitness as she went for a solo hike through the TreePeople Park in Studio City, California.

With an iPod strapped to her waist, the mother-of-two wore a black zip-up top with matching leggings, which she teamed with a pair of luminous green Asics trainers.

Protecting her eyes with a pair of sunglasses, the former Melrose Place star was able to slip by fellow hikers largely unnoticed, thanks to her choice of black patterned cap.

Last month, she shared a series of bikini pictures as she enjoyed a tropical getaway to Belize with her husband, Harry Hamlin.

'Is it too much? Enough already? Ahh f*** it. I'm 51,' she boasted with the social media snap.

In the poolside image, the bronzed beauty is clad in a black two-piece while accessorising with an oversized taupe woven sun hat.

'Life is too short to be a #Hater that's for sure!' the former soap star added with a picture of herself and Harry, whom she has been married to since 1997.

The mother-of-two - to daughters Delilah Belle, 16, and Amelia Gray, 13 - was more toned down for this picture, covering up with a striped T-shirt and plastic-rimmed glasses.

Things have been dramatic of late for Lisa's screen rival, Kim Richards, who walked out on a Dr Phil interview last week after a rather tumultuous few days that included an arrest.

She was charged with public intoxication, trespassing, resisting an officer and battery on a police officer following an allegedly drunken incident at the Beverly Hills Hotel.

The former child actress will be seen addressing her recent controversies in an upcoming interview on the Dr Phil Show, which is set to air in the US on Tuesday.
